phew, thought we'd broke it. bloody annoying as they are clearly swapping back and forth at the moment you would have thought any professional outfit might have thought how is this going to affect the users. If I could i'd be on the blower but i can't at the moment. I wonder if i do it enough times it will break our access and force the system to either force a 15/30 minute wait or worse knock us out until we ring them up.

seems to be ok now i bet they pulled the security server and forgot to tell the front door that no one exists anymore.

As an retired IT consultant, it greatly concerns me how you have to log off twice to actually log off and how often they change between the old and new interfaces. VERY unprofessional.

As an retired IT consultant, it greatly concerns me how you have to log off twice to actually log off and how often they change between the old and new interfaces. VERY unprofessional. I reported that a while back, even gave them some offending pages, they assured me it was fixed and its true it was for a while but i think someone incorrectly installed the wrong branch and it seems to be back again with a passion. They did ask me to try and tell them when it happens so they can check the logs or something but i'm not convinced that they would be tracking every single error not that this is even an error as such just a wrong turning.

Designs, now there's something i remember well before everything went Agile or whatever bolls they call it now' Its very hard to design anything whilst standing on one leg and spouting/singing the company moto as well. Stand up meetings are probably taking 3 hours now instead of 5/10 minutes they used to take before we couldn't be rsed to spare the time and pressed on getting the designs documented. Whatever happened to testing offline too....... "ee when I were a lad we used live in't shoe box in't middle of road" - oops Mrs Aju just gave me a slap and told me to come back to the 21st century!.

In the old days we used to have to think through the design ourselves ... I must be driving em nuts then as I gave up with their linkages when the dashboard arrived. I created all my own links in bookmarks and just go direct to the screen I want without having to pass go or any other screen. One of the things that seems to slow things down when I get the loading wheel after it seems like its loaded is their connections to the non effective services, from my perspective admittedly, like google tracking etc but i guess they are perhaps gearing up for some form of advertising connections and the like.

In the old days we used to have to think through the design ourselves ... you may be right sir, I've been rummaging around with google inspect and noticed they are using a thing called Optimizely for which a google search suggested the following ...
From my perspective having had both versions over the last few days they may have some trouble finding the optimizations as they are bot equally slooooooooow from my "experience"! There is quite a bit other linkages to google analytics, amazon etc and the like as well. The following sources snapshot of my portable version of chrome shows this.

So the auth login sequence is not accepting either myself or Mrs Aju, Again!
All this is quite disconcerting as the email and password is correct but the system is not working correctly, I think!
