I have a 12 month ISA about to mature. I received an email saying:

Extend your term today to take advantage of our exclusive loyalty benefits, including fantastic rate boosts and cashbacks.

However I cannot find out what these mysterious bonuses might be. An email asking them did not merit a reply.
Without some incentive the 12 month ISA is a non event. I can get more on other platforms with instant access and security at least as good.
