I was calling out many of these issues months ago on here. The unethical handling of the loans to themselves was a particular concern. The final straw for me were the bizarre, dismissive and self-aggrandising posts on this forum by the CEO. I guess being a Space Cadet is not such an asset in the world of finance after all.

I guess all we can do now is try to support those with funds locked into this black hole of a platform. Hopefully everything will work out and people will get their money back with interest.

I didn't like nsiam either. He fails to listen to the concerns of investors and just fobs them off with vague irrelevant data.

Still waiting after 6 weeks for pooled cash withdrawal to be sent to me - more worried that this is investor cash and should be kept segregated so should be available to return to investors - anyone had a repayment recently? Apparently have to wait 8 weeks before going to Financial Ombudsman - by that time our money may have disappeared!

Still waiting after 6 weeks for pooled cash withdrawal to be sent to me - more worried that this is investor cash and should be kept segregated so should be available to return to investors - anyone had a repayment recently? Apparently have to wait 8 weeks before going to Financial Ombudsman - by that time our money may have disappeared! I have been waiting a similar amount of time

They could at least use a spell checker but if I was sending out an email to all my customers I'd proof read several times too. You might not have seen it as Google tends to automatically file these in spam for some reason.

I have had a bank payment today of the cash part of a sale initiated 22/11, the loan part seems happy just to look blankly at me. Suggests there is still some hint of a pulse?

I've already given up my hope to receive any withdrawals. I've just noticed that the test appeared on the page today - that's another hint of pulse

I also got two very small payments this afternoon. These payments were both from unassigned funds that were the result of "Additional Earnings". So not from pooled funds.
Still nothing from the long awaited sale of my loans.

I've requested to withdraw my "additional earnings" on 2/12. Yes, very odd. Could it be that they are slowly working through e-mail backlog (you've e-mailed them about getting withdrawals unstuck earlier than me)? It is bizarre.
