latest depressing updates sent out. Not knocking AC for updating us but what a sorry tale which many of us have been unwittingly pulled into, far deeper than we would have wanted.

We are close to issuing a strong update for all lenders - I can assure you that we have most certainly not been kicking cans, rather handling a complex an difficult case and situation and getting to a way to deliver a good and fair outcome for all lenders.

I am assuming the eventual AC offer will not make a significant dent in the losses on these loans in MLA or GEA, even though the loans were apparently placed with the borrower by AC outside of the terms of the loan conditions.
In that case the group of lenders who have contacted me will soon be lobbying the FOS / FCA to put over our concerns, since this should be done while this is a 'live' issue with them.
There are already enough in the group to make it a credible entity and if there are any other genuine lenders in these loans who would like to lend their support , please do PM me ASAP.

Is there any way to block posts from trolls on these forums? If you don't want to see a member's posts go to their profile click on the right hand cog wheel and select the first option on the drop-down menu - "block member" - you can then select all or some of the following options
1. Hide this member's posts.
2. Do not let this member start new conversations with me.
3. Do not let this member follow me or my activities.
4. Block notifications from this member You can also do this through your own profile /edit profile/ privacy/ block members - where you can select more than one member.
I'm fairly sure you can't block forum "staff" from option 2 though, and if you get any make sure you read them

I wouldn't be writing anything off here, mentally or whatever. These loans were supposed to be done by tranche drawdowns. As stated in the loan information which forms part of the contract with the lenders. So the money will need to be refunded and Az will have to pursue the lost funds themselves. There you go, Nostra-Confident strikes again.
