I have decided to go into the Valuations Business at a Flat Rate of £500 + VAT. My Valuations will be Professional, Honest & Reasonably Accurate. Unless you're a Borrower or a Platform, in which case they can be any figure you want. Cheep! If we question your valuation would you lose your temper?
