I’m still waiting for a bank transfer I requested in the early hours of 12 March. This doesn’t reflect well on Assetz’ handling of the situation.

FAQ continues to read as follows: "I had some normal Cash Account withdrawals delayed, when with those be paid out? Any normal withdrawal requests for cash that you have not yet received and that were not monies held in the Access Accounts in any way will be released on the morning of Monday 16th March. They will continue to be processed as normal going forwards. We apologise for the workload in the finance team at this very busy time having delayed those but we would not compromise or shortcut security checks to make that faster so the whole batch was paused unfortunately until the proper process could be applied." www.assetzcapital.co.uk/blog/access-accounts-update |

Request made to withdraw Wednesday 31st March for significant sum. Still waiting! Unacceptable.
This could have been done before the Bank Holiday shutdown. Cynical me says AC wanted to hold on to funds until after Easter!

My recent withdrawals made on weekday mornings have all arrived in my bank account on the same day as the withdrawal request.

In the interests of balance and fairness, every withdrawal request I have made over the last few months has been actioned same day. I think that is great service. Only one request a few months ago was delayed, and that was a large amount. But when I contacted AC next day they explained the delay was for additional security. I answered the additional questions and the money was with me that day. In my experience with AC, if you engage with them directly the service is excellent.

Requested 2 withdrawals on 31st (maybe one actually 1/4) both received on 1/4 - actually expected a delay as I haven't withdrawn for a while & procedures have changed in the meantime.
