My Payments are usually same day or following day "except bank hols and Sunday" Usually payment made 1730 hrs ish, occasionally 1400 hrs ish, usually same day if requested early morning 7/ 8 am ish.

Request made to withdraw Wednesday 31st March for significant sum. Still waiting! Unacceptable.
This could have been done before the Bank Holiday shutdown. Cynical me says AC wanted to hold on to funds until after Easter!
In the interests of balance and fairness, every withdrawal request I have made over the last few months has been actioned same day. I think that is great service. Only one request a few months ago was delayed, and that was a large amount. But when I contacted AC next day they explained the delay was for additional security. I answered the additional questions and the money was with me that day. In my experience with AC, if you engage with them directly the service is excellent. Would be useful to know the rough size of the amounts involved. I made a withdrawal yesterday (03/04/2021 13:12) for a tad over £16k. Not expecting it to be looked at until 06/04 at the earliest and fully expecting additional checks.

iRobot I've never had any additional checks from AC for deposits or withdrawals up to £20K. Had one £10K FPS deposit delayed by AC's bank, Barclays for a few hours, as it was outside core banking hours, but withdrawals up to £20K from AC Cash accounts to my own personal and business accounts have always being completed by close of next business day.

Poor mananagement and dubious practices at AC were at play. I didn't get the 'security' confirmation call from AC until 12:39 hours on Tue 06 April when they re-opened after the Bank Holiday!
This was despite sending an email to their enquiries and complaints teams requesting prompt attention on their return. [The withdrawal request was made at 13:55 hours on Wed 31 March]
Trust in this bunch is at an all-time low.
