I can not download the 17-18 tax certificate just get a page saying nothing to see here, any one else experiencing this

This site can’t be reached The webpage at p2papi.kuflink.co.uk/api/download-tax-certificate/2017-04-06/2018-04-05? <snip> might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE I had problems logging in earlier and the password was being reported as invalid, that error has now cleared, but it looks like they broke the site sometime during the day.
