Zopa has recently pulled some Rate Promise stuff from its website as they feel its finished - I have loans still outstanding that were part of the RP at the time, one of which has gone to default. I'm asking them if the RP covers the loans should they go bad and not deliver their overall projected value. (I only have one at present but who knows in the current climate)
Once I started querying why the RP covered data had been withdrawn they said it was no longer relevant. The thing is anyone who has RP covered loans can still see the data if they know the link will find that part is still live. (It can be found on the relevant Zopa thread on this forum if you want it, you do have to be logged into zopa for it to work though)
When I queried where this had gone they pushed back for what seemed like lack of understanding reasons so I found an FAQ that was still available but it did not really have any relevant T&C info. I bounced this back and they removed that link too, it may have been a coincidence of course as a lot of changes are going on on Zopa, good and bad, mostly bad as far my experience but its subjective I guess.
I've just found a google link to the Full terms and conditions but sadly the link has been removed and reports thta the promotion is no longer available.
As i say I've asked Zopa to provide it but they pushed back suggesting I discuss it in a phone call I have arranged for Monday about another subject - for me that is not acceptable so I asked them again but not hopeful.
So if anyone had this at the time and copied the T&C's at the time - I must have been asleep I usually copy everything - then I would be grateful if you could point me to it.
