I thought i'd start a little list of things members of AC would like on the site . Pretty please! chris On the SM is it possible to see how much i own (and/or have owned) of a loan prior to me going into it. There will be more needful things i'm sure but that one bugs me everyday! Thanks /beastie

Maybe Assetz could do this simple long promised tweak now rather than wait for the main upgrade which has been promised soon/shortly/imminently/days/weeks etc for the last several months and the latest promise looks wobbly Jack Pease

Thanks /beastie Good idea! Here's my tuppence worth: 1) On the "Your Loan Units" tab I would like to see a total for accrued interest, without having to calculate it out for myself. 2) I would like to see a "Watch List" (similar to FC) for the loans I which currently especially interest me. 3) I would like to know when loans are drawn down without having to search for this information. 4) Ideally I would like a filter available so that I could ignore all loans/potential loans in which I have no intention of being involved. Perhaps some of this is easily available now; if so I haven't yet succeeded in working it out for myself.

I'm going to have to wait for the new site before engaging in this thread. So much is changing that many of the suggestions are going to need tweaking or rethinking.

Not everything about FC pleases me but I do find their site user-friendly. I particularly like the list of your loans where you can see at a glance on a single line loan category, rate, amount outstanding, when payment due and whether there is a problem. Like the watchlist too and the summary page. That's quite enough FC liking for now!

For new investors it will very much be KISS. For sophisticated investors there will be new toys, new ways of investing. There will be a learning curve to get the most out of it. For those who want to keep it simple they'll be able to invest with a couple of clicks.

Perhaps some of this is easily available now; if so I haven't yet succeeded in working it out for myself. If the above suggestion is meant to refer to an individual loan's page, then it may be quicker to obtain the number requested from the Your Loan Units section of the Account Dashboard than to make a calculation yourself. If it is asking for a grand total accued interest to be visible on the Account Dashboard, then I'll second the request.

In fact I was referring to the screen which comes up after clicking on the link "Loan Units" top middle of the first screen which appears after logging on.
