Has anyone had a look at Prop Tech Crowd, they look to be a mixture of buy to sell and buy to let(then sell in 2 years time). They are funding their 3rd property at present, some of the potential returns look high, also the £500 minimum is a little high for my liking. www.proptechcrowd.com/ |

I had a quick look at PTC and was unconvinced by their figures. I didn't sign up and study any documents, so I could be missing some vital pieces of information, but...
Looking at their West Yorkshire property as an example, it seems they are intending to:
Buy a property in very good condition for 9% below it's market value,
Do absolutely nothing to it,
Rent it out for 2 years,
Sell it for 57% more than they paid for it.
This looked a tad unlikely to me, so didn't look further.
