I have noticed that yesterday’s repayments have not been moved to account. The usual repayment run took place after 8pm yesterday but the proceeds were not moved to repayments on account. The total on account remained the same between days. This happened on all four of my and Mrs C’s accounts. Did anyone else seen this either today or at any time in the past? Thanks in advance.

Same here. Balances haven't changed overnight. I couldn't load the spreadsheet from the website (money in/out) but I'm assuming that there must have been something from my >3500 loans. Just tried to log in and the site is very unstable today.

It seems I started notice this in November. It's not too bad, only losing 1 day of interest for a bad debt repayment <£10.

I have emailed Zopa about this and taken the opportunity to mention many other issues - logoff problem, old and new dashboard versions constantly changing, doing system changes during prime time. I will update when I get a response. Thank you for confirmation that others are seeing this.

I have emailed Zopa about this and taken the opportunity to mention many other issues - logoff problem, old and new dashboard versions constantly changing, doing system changes during prime time. I will update when I get a response. Thank you for confirmation that others are seeing this. I spoke with Andrew Lawson, him of the defaults video - a couple of weeks ago and also wrote lengthy emails on how they could improve their change process if they were bothered typically they took it on board but nothing seems to change. I'm getting fed up with the logout process that says its logged out but doesn't actually log out. They say my account is secure but who knows with the number of times they have said the logout was fixed and it keeps coming back. I wonder if they have a bit of an issue with their code change control processes!. This morning they seemed to change systems from one login to another and even also whilst i was still logged in!. I think the auto logoff cookie didn't seem to work either as I left it up for about an hour whilst I was getting ready to come home and I seemed to be still logged in after that time period before I shut my laptop down. I still have the process email where I suggested changes outstanding - the CS person said they were going to bring it up at their next forum/meeting etc they were having. That was a week or so ago but it does seem to be getting worse again. I did suggest to Andrew Lawson that despite his assurances that these are just minor issues that my confidence in whether the backend processes were suffering similar mishaps as well was getting worse and others may also be noticing this. Well I think they are sort of as just days ago I had an SG loan go "Settled" at end of October, that I thought was actually a repaid default. The Statements file could not be correlated with the loanbook files as they had an issue with a failed SG loan that required them to make a manual change via statements data. The trouble is they used the loan_id (looked like gobbledegook to me) instead of the borrower ID in statements. Tried to argue with me that I should be able find this in the alltime loanbook. After I analysed it further and they had told me it was settled I was able to locate it in the alltime-loanbook as it was the only settled item. Apparently they had an issue with the SG loan not being moved to Closed and paid out they had to make it settled. I queried that one and they then came clean when I argued that not being able to correlate statements with loans may be an issue that the FCA may be interested in. If anyone is interested in this then any SG loans that look like they are cleared but not actually closed and are marked as "Settled" will have odd data in relevant statements data. If you have more than one it will be impossible to correlate to relevant loans - the numbers may make it easier.

STOP PRESS The issue appears to have been fixed. I wonder if my email will get an acceptable response?

I found my Standard account updated just after midnight but my ISA not until sometime today while I was asleep (I work nightshifts). I often find this when I come home in the morning - one account is updated while the other isn't (sometimes neither). Perhaps something sticks and needs a kick?

Just thought I would share the response I received from Zopa. More or less what we’d concluded.
“Firstly I'd like to apologise for the issues you have been experiencing and for the slight delay in my reply. I have looked into this issue for you and did see that your sweep into your ISA was missing for the 13th November. This was due to a delay in payments processing, but these delayed payments have now been credited to your account, and have been moved across to the ISA.
When you log into your account and check your statements, it will appear as the 14th, as this was the day the funds were credited, but these are the payments for the 13th.”

Trouble is by the time one checks the statements page the last transaction is shown this in our case is showing for the recent lending. I bet if you were to check the statements CSV they will be like Mrs Aju's and credited to the statements as of the day the statements were updated, i.e last night as you said earlier. As Mrs Aju is lending manually her relend is turned off and therefore we should have seen the amount in the holding section but as like you it did not actually appear for her to lend back into the Core she was limiting until after about the time you said it was back. In this case we were able to go into the statements file and just check how much came in on last nights run 13th Nov. She's nearly fully lent out the incoming ISA now but we are waiting a bit for the levels to drop lower before turning on the relend. Did you get answers on the other issues too, if not I would bounce it back and request a response on those.

No, I didn’t expect or get any comment on the other issues. Unfortunately, I’m not in a position to take up the cudgel on these issues just now - too busy making my feelings known over extended wait times for cataract surgery in NHS Scotland.

I understand, we seem to spend an inordinate amount of time working our way through the Mental Health system on behalf of one our children so if it's anything like he experiences then it's an uphill struggle to put it mildly.
