For the past two weeks I have been trying to remove money from my IFISA Cash Account to my Standard Account but it fails every time. I have rounded down to leave a few pennies in just in case there is a rounding problem but the transfer still fails.
This never happened before. I raised it on Asset Capital's online chat but the problem persists.
Is anyone else having the same problem?

Personally I would escalate this formally with a Complaint.
It's really not acceptable to be unable to access one's own cash account holdings.
A Complaint will focus minds far better than posting here - this doesn't mean I'm trying to dis-courage discussion, far from it, but this issue needs fixing, and a Complaint (and you do need to use that term) puts an onus on an FCA regulated company to respond within mandated timescales. It's unacceptable to have to try micro-amounts until it works or come back and try again a few days later or try other end user driven workarounds in my view.

I had an unrelated issue with a non-P2P company a while ago - hugely frustrating, sheer incompetence - and made the mistake of making it a Complaint.
Yes, sir, no problem. Here's your reference number. We'll be back in touch in eight weeks. No, there's nothing you can do about that, that's how long the process takes.....
In the end I had to go outside the Complaint process to get the matter resolved.
