Hi, regarding the 'Accrued interest' box in the 'My Loans' section; is this updated only when repayments are actually made (as opposed to a daily calculation of interest owed, as on the AC and SS sites)? It's just that mine reads zero. Regards.

Part of the functionality of the Instant Returns is that it calculates daily interest in the background and we are looking at displaying this for all loans on your dashboard, so you can see what has been earned at any one time, on an upcoming update. Hi Ablrate As the definition of accrued income is "earned income not yet received", wouldn't it make sense to have 2 different headings: Accrued Interest & Interest Paid ?

Hi There will be a few changes on the dashboard soon, that makes sense, so we will look at getting that on there for you. Regards Ablrate

Dashboard has been showing "Next instalment date" 6/7/15 with £13.75 due.
So far, no update to my available funds....

Sorry - that's a holding date for the Loan that hasn't yet drawn down so the payment won't appear until we pay instant returns on the loan, which will occur on drawdown. We have to enter a predicted date in the system, and that's what this is. However, loan payments are generally made late at night too, so wouldn't appear until just before midnight on the due date.

Would it there make sense to add one day to the target date?
