I have read a few posts over the past couple of months on this forum and on Trustpilot that many staff members have left Lendy, however Lendy say they have taken on new staff in the past year who have many years of experience in the financial and property industry. So on the one hand I think that Lendy must be on the decline because I'm informed by other investors that Lendy's staff are "jumping ship", but on the other hand I'm inclined to believe Lendy have recruited knowledgeable staff with a wealth of experience. I can't find anywhere on Lendy's website informing us who works for Lendy and what their position is, and no position is currently being advertised which suggests to me that Lendy are fully staffed. So could somebody summarise to me who currently works for Lendy and what position they hold.

P.S. Due to an e-mail systems error which I told Lendy about a while ago, I have never received newsletters/investor round-up e-mails which I'm assuming contains staff recruitment information, hence why I'm asking on here.

I don’t think we really know who has left and who has joined. However, my guess is the LY Xmas party will be a table for 2 at McDonald’s.

On the borrowers website of Lendy you can download a brochure which shows a group mugshot, and google their names.
Linkedin says they have 17 staff which sounds about right.

Just doing a quick bit of research on Lendys 3 new directors:
Gary Anderson: Resigned (twice) as director of 'ashadegreener' - a company who's trust pilot reviews manage to make lendys look good
David Gammon: Director of many companies that have gone into administration, and also a director of a lot of companies that operate in the same sector as 'ashadegreener'
Paul Thompson: Has the same correspondence address as David Gammon
I'm sure Liam has done his usual high standard of due diligence on these guys, so nothing to worry about, Lendy is in safe hands. The fact that these guys all seem to know each other very well is i'm sure all co-incidental.

Having spotted a quip on another thread that Lendy is the lender of Last Resort, ...
it occurs Lendy is the P2P employer of Last Resort and those new 3 have directorships of Last Resort.
To be fair 'ashadegreener' group show solid balance sheet, the model rode the wave of profit from PV FIT and doubtless will have strong recurring revenue for the next 20 years. The chap coming to Lendy is the sometime legal resource not the driver for the business tho.
