Received an email from Kuflink with new loan details & a lowest ever LTV of 17.75%. Within 20 mins of receiving email the loan of £109,630 had filled. I transferred funds to reserve & over £100k went in seconds as I watched. I suspect a large investor, an institutional investor or a BOT sweeping up the entire loan. This is the fastest I have seen a loan fill on P2P & not a chance to get in!

Kuflink do have an annoying habit of announcing new loans at about 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. On two occasions money transferred is not credited to my account until Monday, by which time the loan has been filled (although not as fast as this one did)

I found the only way to get any of these low LTV's is to keep money on account as if I wait for funds to be credited the loans are already fully funded.Maybe Kufflink should put a limit for the first 2 hours so every one has more of a chance.

And implement an 'instant' Debit Card funding option, similar to ABL's offering.

North Street, Essex a whopping £1,046,550.00! I get a little uneasy these days with £1m plus loans. My wallet is full but will I or won't I?
