I am a new potential investor to crowd funding and to Lendy. Has anyone done any due diligence on the staff at Lendy has anyone met with the management? Do they have much experience of property lending. Have any of their loans redeemed and if so did they redeem on time. I also understand they do marine loans, do they have two seperate teams to do this lending

Welcome on board. Might be worth having a read through the earlier posts in the SS area as you will find many answers to your questions there, with a lot more detail (especially regarding the visit to SS HQ and duedil completed by a member of the forum). May be a quicker way to get upto date and will certainly have more information than awaiting other responses.

SS upto £10m of loans, so starting to get a decent track record. Some good loans on offer at the moment too.
But DYOR and read as much as you can on this site.

however good you think a single platform might be, diversification is very important. I use 5 different platforms.

Have any of their loans redeemed and if so did they redeem on time. In addition to the above suggestions, if you go to the SS Live Loans website page -- you have to registered with the site to access that page -- you can click on the Repaid Loans tab and see the details you've asked about, as well as other info regarding those loans.
