Let's hope they have a website better than the one they have for P2P.
* So slooooooooooow all the time! * Logout doesn't actually logout properly. * Timeouts don't always timeout! * "Settled" is the new sell off failed loans toy. * Statements starting to bear no relation to actual loans * etc etc
It's been rubbish for months and hasn't got any better despite promises promises etc etc.

It would be interesting if Zopa does not join the FSCS protection scheme like the Core and Plus products.
Monese, Revolut do not have FSCS protection.

True, but Monese is good enough for migrants getting paid in the UK and setting direct debits. Booking an appointment to open an bank account is a nightmare, I have been told to wait 4 weeks to open a Barclays Foreign currency account near where I live.

The main issue is the poor web experience that many of us have experienced. I've become used to not being able to log on, dodgy logoffs, incomplete data on the Statements pages and an rather amateurish use of CSV files to display any real detail required. They will have to up their game big time as the cash savings market is becoming very competitive. The Marcus page loads in seconds and I've never been locked out.

It's taken them just over 13 years to turn a complete full circle.

I agree with most of your sentiments, however, i'm a bit confused about the comment on the CSV files. If you are suggesting they should be replaced then that might be an issue for people like me who would rather they fix the visible stuff but I'd be a bit screwed if they changed their accessible csv files very far from where they are. That said if they could supply better tools online then I'd be happier to abandon my tools I use personally. What I would say is that the changes to the loanbook data that was made back in 2015 did rather screw some very useful forumite tools and any changes of that nature would probably be disadvantageous to many of us with our own tools. (i'd share mine with everyone if were not for the fact that they require a modicum shoe horning every month and I seem to change/amend them too much to be useful outside my domain). I've just started working with RS over the last few weeks and am struggling with the lack of detail I'm used to with Zopa - but then I only have a small stab at the moment. They went of the air yesterday I think according to forum reports and i'm logged in all day - using tools to maintain access - trying to get to grips with the lending 5y market only noticed after my reporter was bouncing around in the wrong screen.

It's taken them just over 13 years to turn a complete full circle. Every flower blooms at a different pace. Monzo got the restricted banking license in just 2 years. Now Monzo has more employees than Zopa and still raising money. www.crowdcube.com/explore/monzo-crowdfunding-round

Thought their objective was to be different than banks. What now 1.3% on my savings ? Im sure now they will slowly ditch their p2p lendings as loans mature or sell them to another p2p provider and now focus purely on banking.
