on most of the updates for these loans they say they are close to a refinance and also have offers from prospective buyers which would clear the funds. On one recent loan update on 3rd december for one of the loans it says: "The sixteenth tranche of development funding was launched on the platform and went live earlier this month. The borrower has forwarded a letter of intent from a prospective purchaser of both Block A (DFL022) and Block B (DFL003), which would provide funds to fully clear both loans. The borrower is confident that this loan will be fully repaid before the expiry of the facility." unless they're lying, that seems like good news to me. something similar happened on a loan in huddersfield back in 2017, it took a long time to repay capital but it was repaid in the end. I'm with Bridge Crowd and I had loans with them that had defaulted for over a year but I still got the capital and interest back in the end.

I don’t think there is anything “odd” but agree Lendy should have sent an immediate holding email.

So maybe Lendy sends out the email at the end of this week, or not, who knows? Then staff leaves Lendy mansion for their Xmas break..... You have not missed anything [yet!].

Following recent Lendy platform updates, many of you are now aware that we suspended all investment into nine loans relating to a specific borrower's properties (operated by his various Special Purpose Vehicles) late on Thursday afternoon.
At this point, we cannot tell you more about that decision. However, we have had an important meeting with the borrower to discuss the next steps and he has shown his commitment to work with Lendy to ensure that the best recovery is made for all investors across all the loans involved.
We expect to be able to give you further detail on these loans before the end of the week.

Expect it apres 5pm so that they don't have to field any questions on it until next year.
Probably be a pithy couple of paragraphs, but in Lendy-speak they will describe it as a 'comprehensive thesis'.

Well, let's see if "before the end of the week" means today... I am glad that you have eloquently mentioned this point, because after the 'excitement' of the 4 minute webinar, this could have been overlooked...

If not, we're going to have to wait until well into new year before we hear anything from them. Here's what the website says: Interest repayments for December will be paid as normal during working hours on the 2nd January 2019 with loan updates being communicated after 7th January 2019.We wish you a Merry Christmas and a prosperous new year.Thanks for your wishes Lendy, but I'm not convinced you are helping to make them come true!

Well, let's see if "before the end of the week" means today... I've just replied to the latest London email, to say they appear to have forgotten the promised update on this. And I've had an autoreply. Lendy support is closed until 2nd Jan.
