What's the story with #738?
It's been moved to paying 0% with no warning or explanation and all Q&As just get a response that due to seasonal opening hours (since the 15th of December) they can't reply until the 2nd of January.
Wow, that's shockingly bad customer care! Didn't it occur to anyone at AC that lenders might wonder why their money is being lent out for free?
To add insult to injury the recent banner added to the top of the investment page links to seasonal opening hours that kick in on Christmas Eve... Can someone at AC please make sure that everyone there is singing from the same hymn sheet as it looks a bit chaotic at the moment. Perhaps a much clearer and consistent message about seasonal opening hours would be a good start.
Whilst I'm on, are there any vacancies at AC as I would love to work somewhere that breaks up for Christmas on December 15th!

stuartassetzcapital its really not a good look to say that questions asked as early as 15th December will not be answered until January.
(And yes, I am one of the lenders that questioned the 0% rate.)

And yet strangely the loan listing states 9% interest with the final repayments on 15 Jan, along with an update in 'Recent Activity' to explain.

That's what I love about AC, even the most well oiled machine needs a kick from time to time. Loving the quick fix, not so much the silence over how the website had it marked at 0% or why the Q&A got switched off a week early.

but what I miss and A.C. needs is the firm boot of mr holgate, in my opinion a massive loss. I trusted and believed he was in for the long term and saw peer to peer as a transformable force in banking. What i would give for a full account over his leaving.
