I only have £1.5k In Lendy, and I've pretty much left it alone.
But I received a letter regarding DFL**6 and DFL**7.
Am I right in thinking that as a Lender I am going to be sued by the people Lendy lent the money to?
I only have £300 in those loans. If I lose it so be it, but do I need to take action against potentially being sued for more than that?
I would rather just leave it alone and see what happens, but please advise if I need to do anything. Thanks.
