After 1 year I have a similar amount invested and also a similar level of defaults and overdue loans. My overdue figures have risen rapidly over the past two months and I wonder if you are seeing any collection of overdue loans, which I believe should only be expected to begin after the initial 12 months in default.

I noticed good comments in the blog regarding the newly available downloadable data ........... but I'm struggling to tie the loan_id to individual loans that I hold. For instance how do I link 7b7eXb4d-5Xd0-4Xdb-afX2-a1aX00de82da to a loan? (I have doctored the number above by adding in the 'X's)

I am seeing some collections on various 60+ days loans. Paid amounts are small usually small. Users discuss it in this thread: www.p2p-kredite.com/diskussion/inkassofall-zahlt-t1915.htmlSee last page for some user-posted collection repayments of past week www.p2p-kredite.com/diskussion/inkassofall-zahlt-t1915,start,225.html But overall it remains to be seen if collection in 2014 can live up to the collection numbers Bondora posted for past years. Some users calculare their XIRR returns assuming zero repayments on outstanding 60+overdue loans. I think that is over-cautious, but of course that way they are on the safe side.

Thank you very much.
On repayments on +60s I have had 5 in the past month, usually in the 0.3-0.5 Euro range, I admit that I am of the pessimistic variety so I assume zero recovery on my spreadsheets which makes the recoveries even better!

Not just me seeing the increase in overdue. Not sure what's causing it as my strategy hasn't changed and I'm pretty good at culling the chaff. How often do others cull at the moment ? As soon as they go 1 day overdue? Greater? /beastie

As soon as they go 1 day overdue? Greater? /beastie About 18 months in and my strategies have changed significantly. Up until the changes in May, I left investing pretty much down to my profiles and I logged in did the weeding on a weekly basis on loans that were 30 days overdue. These days I log in every day bid using filters on the primary market and list at premium or par late loans, on a weekend I remove and relist loans on the SM decreasing the premium and applying discounts as the length of the overdue period increases. That said the SM seems to be pretty much broken and even with significant returns for the buyer loans aren't shifting in the way they used to. I have also reduced the amount invested into individual loans from €25 - €50 to €5 - €10 as a result whilst my overdues did leap up at one point I appear to have managed to stabilize the situation and slow the growth right down.

I am keeping mine and hoping for recovery, as the resale market seems totally dysfunctional being clogged with ridiculous offers of loans giving a negative return and being offered with a 40% premium. The filters don't have what is needed to sort through them and with the large number of rescheduled overdue loans showing as up to date it would be too easy to make a bad purchase, so I avoid the SM completely. There are hundreds of new listings every hour which points to a takeover by bots.
