Just to add a small plug for the competition. The Zopa website is undergoing a slow but sure gentle redesign. The result is an overall cleaner easy to read site with a normal user friendly font (but plenty of odd functionality in the queuing system).

I still hate it but not enough to change my investment decisions.

I sent screen shots of umpteen broken bits, these have been "passed to the developers" who don't seem to have done much with them, so they must like it broken So much for requesting concrete examples of what needs fixing.

An interesting detailed repayments analysis facility has appeared at the bottom of the Money on Loan page
IF YOU SCROLL DOWN
(click "Your portfolio"). Mind you, the "view now" box stuck near the edge of the big purple blob looks really naff!! Put in the middle of the blob!

Here we are 6 weeks or so after the launch of the new website. How do we feel about it now that memory of the old site has faded and we have all become accustomed to the new one? Well I for one still get angry every time I have to access it I am absolutely with you - it is absurd to have to scroll down to see the current rates even with 26" monitor. As i've said before, the unwillingness for RS to respond to comments on its redesign and just complacently assume we will get used to it suggests bad decision making and bad judgement - so i am no longer investing as much as i would have done. Assetz' redesign gets it in the neck more because it engages with the community, which seems unfair! Jack P

Come on Jack! They're (RS) not interested in acknowledging user criticism or correcting basic errors of judgement on their webpages. Scroll scroll scroll scroll ..... ...scroll I say " Scrollocks" to it all, but then I'm just rude.

Jack P I disagree the Assetz redesign gets it in the neck more because it wasn't just a graphical redesign it was a major change in philosophy and core functionality which disregarded investors implied and explicit instructions and where significant parts of the platform ended up being non-functional and remain non-functional more than two weeks on.

True - but Assetz *says* it is working to fix that stuff and probably will do so even if they never stick to their deadlines. Ratesetter isn't doing anything about its redesign nor some other weird behaviours flagged up in other threads.
The tarnishing of the goodie goodie Assetz and RS is pushing me back into the fold of bad boy Funding Circle!

I also still hate it with a vengeance. At least Microsoft took advice from RS when doing the latest update for IE9. Now I can see the "Sign out" button! But when trying to place funds, there is still no "review" button visible and no "confirm" button so I can't do any lending other than reverting to a tablet. Not to mention the annoying overlaying of menus etc..

The tarnishing of the goodie goodie Assetz and RS is pushing me back into the fold of bad boy Funding Circle! Don't rush, the FC website is probably even more broken than the RS one, although is is prettier to look at and easier to scroll through, assuming you can get it to load at all. And at least with RS My deposits + Net profits does appear to equal my account total .. not so with FC, which remains stubbornly off by £66, even though I have repeatedly pointed them at the wrong lines in the transaction reports (in itself, a major software engineering feat, given how useful and user friendly those are not). As I said elsewhere, lousy website design/functionality seems to be the plague of P2P platforms, with a side order of 'not listening to the customers' in many cases.

Geofferey, I understand that IE9 is the latest browser for Vista. Ok, maybe I'm behind the times! However, it seems the RS website is better with Chrome than IE9 - I've found I can now do deals on Chrome. But I still agree with others - I don't like the new site at all.

You might be .. most of us are on Firefox 33.0.3. 8>. I don't like FF as it's become way too heavy and cluttered. Every time I open it, it does a huge update, and then it breaks several of my plugins. All the sites I need, including all the P2P sites, work fine with IE11, and it's faster than Chrome now. I won't use Chrome because it's basically spyware. IE11 allows me to use third-party tracking protection built right into the browser and gets rid of all the google tracking as well as the stupid advertising for hotels in places I visited last year and that I don't intend to go back to, or for an item I bought already six months ago...

Yeah but IE11 doesn't work with XP, Vista, etc. etc. I'm with you on Chrome. FF, however, doesn't break for me so I'm happy with that, although I do have some issues with the android version functionality.
