And the interest on this overdue interest payment was no doubt retained by Lendy (as per their T&C) to pursue their defaults and to speed up the process of recovering defaulted payments, which all us lenders really appreciate.

Well! This page is going very well so far.
It must be the sunny weather. And with the lack of updates, Lendy has reduced their contribution to Global Warming by emitting less hot air recently.
OK that's a foul, but surely not a bookable...

Hot on the heels of the interest correction for DFL026, we now have a further unit sale reducing the LTV on the remaining loan to 23%, making this another loan which is almost certain to achieve full repayment.

Today is the day, there can be no doubt we are now out of the 'early part of the month' so we must be getting updated today, I'm so happy to know that I'll be getting my money back soon...

Well here we are at the 1st March and a much anticipated update has arrived. I must say I am very relieved to find that no progress has been made on anything whatsoever. This has given me the comfort of knowing I'm not going to receive an inrush of funds at this cliff hanging moment in the Brexit proceedings. Thankfully I won't be faced with the prospect of having to decided what to do with them. Good to know you have my back Lendy!  |

I for one am very happy that all my loans have been stuck for well over a year. I'd have hated to have all that cash burning a hole in my pocket.

Of those, capital repayments exceeding 12% of my account value have been made just since the start of 2019.
