6150, Cap**** f** **pan**** Fourth payment due on the 21st, "Late", but no comment yet.
And is it bad form to suggest on the company's FB page that they could spend less time reposting the weather forecast and a bit more time paying off their debts...?

On the first point, FC seem to be progressively later these days when it comes to reporting lates. I too am in this loan... As to the Facebook page comment, it's your call. I was thinking the same thing when I visited it a few days ago...

Hastily putting on my 'voice of reason' hat may I suggest that it is far too early to become a facebook troll on a company's page just because they are a bit late with a payment. Today someone has gone to prison for 18 months for being aggressively nasty on Twitter. Perhaps after a few days an enquiring email to FC would be appropriate. But public criticism of not paying debts ought to be something that should at least await a default - and then you might be breaking the FC T&Cs. Having said that I hope they pay up soon, and I agree that notes are not quite as prompt as they used to be -which is annoying.

7311 (The nicely *** one reported earlier) is now 20 days late without a comment.
On other lates I have not seen the 'chasing' comments which have fallen into such disrepute round here. Comments seem to occur when something has happened. Mind, I would like to know what 7311 is up to.

Whenever FC can be bothered seems to be the norm. I have a couple of loans (not defaults) that are over 6 months overdue making the final payment & the only time that a comment appears is when I enquire whats going on. FC is like a duck, there might appear to be nothing happening but they are frantically working away beneath the service, or so their responses to queries would have you believe. Personally, I would like my duck to quack a lot more and exhibit a few more ruffled feathers. There is no default interest payable to lenders while they are furiously paddling!. Unsurprisingly I am winding down my FC loans in favour of other platforms who have better communication with lenders.

And the answer comes this morning, with a "We expect to receive and distribute payment early this week."
So let's charitably assume cock-up rather than conspiracy.

Good news, but if I held it it would be sold before the 5th payment could go to 'processing'.
