What deadline was that? That wasn't their job.
Probably will be another grovelling email in a month promising to do better and saying 'we have a new and improved Communications team'.
Piss poor management.

The one in last month's monthly updates (10th Jan). Let's at least count the end-of-Jan updates as "this month", eh? They should be along tomorrow.

Not holding my breath really for anything meaningful.... reading the 19th December email 'Enhanced Recovery Update' it just seems that several promises have been broken already and little of what was promised is going to materialise, as it is just too embarrassing. The thought of massive, really massive losses on loans might be forgivable as a one-off, but you only have to take your pick out of some of the duds where you could imagine losing 60%+.
To me, Liam doesn't seem to be visible enough or taking personal responsibility for these things, preferring to hide behind these faceless 'teams'. But then I guess he might not want become too famous in case it all goes wrong..... in relative terms I have a very small amount tied up here but reading other accounts there will be people that have either significant chunks of their money or absolute large amounts.

Well it looks like the deadline that the ERT set itself has been missed - the Lendy saga continues! Maybe they are just snowed under with the progress that they are making on recoveries, it slipped their mind due to more important tasks they are attending to. Or as my kids would say, "I forgot"!
