Funny, I had a chap used to sit next to me at work who was so paranoid about being scammed that he wouldn't even order stuff over the phone if he had to read out his bank card details, never mind order on the net. His initials weren't btc though. A security friend of mine once said that a determined thief/scammer etc could always get at your cash/property/car eventually. What you have to do is put so many barriers in their way that it takes too long or difficult to do & they get detected before it happens. What AC have done with 2FA is just put in one more barrier, which is no real hardship. Not perfect, but then nothing is. Or put enough barriers in the way that it's easier for them to go after someone else.
Like having the biggest bike chain.
Or putting on trainers to escape from the bear...

Just because you're paranoid,it doesn't mean they're not out to get you.

This was a factual report and nothing scathing about it. Scathing might have arisen if Which had been able to quote extensive fraudulent activities at the banks because they do not offer 2FA. Might be better Stuart if you stopped spinning and started to manage Assetz properly and get your IT systems sorted out. Like you showing a negative cash balance on my account for Christmas Crackers and Summer Holiday cashback when I had not invested in any promotions and when the figure should have been zero. Like the amount invested figures for previous promotions changing even when there had been no additional investment from myself. Like repeatedly rejecting my log in credentials when they have been correct. Like showing negative values for total loans up for sale. Maybe I should contact Which and tell them about all the problems I have encountered with the Assetz website and get them to do a report on Assetz Capital - which I am sure would be more critical than the article about the banks which you have referred to. You might then understand what a scathing write up is really like. Oh, and by the way Stuart, going off at a tangent with regard to your macho corporate culture about smart money on your landing page, my smart money has been leaving Assetz Capital and has earned more elsewhere for similar risk and on websites with a better attitude towards customers and that work properly. I will be pleased eventually to have gone from Assetz, never to return. Well done Stuart for losing a customer who might otherwise have been with you for years had Assetz been a customer relationship orientated outfit and one that could manage the IT side properly.
