In defence/ hope... I hope that they are taking an agile approach This is the minimum viable product to launch something that meets some needs with a plan to enhance the offering over time. Partial loan parts Sales at discounts/ premiums etc Sorting/ filtering of secondary market etcHowever I have no evidence to suggest that’s the approach they are taking! Is there still no way to filter or sort the 142 loan parts currently available? I really can't be bothered to click on each one to see its end date... No there's not, would be great for Kuflink to add that feature.

I was trying to list one of my loans on SM. The expected end date is 5th Nov, the loan status is performing. When I go to market place and select “sell” the loan doesn’t appear on the list. It also appears that out of 65 loans I can only list 52 for sale (none of them are marked as default and all 65 have terms more than a month).
I’ve contacted KL and the suggested solution was to use chrome (I use safari). I’ve installed chrome but it didn’t make any difference (except navigation is somewhat slower) - still can’t list my loan on SM.
It might be my misunderstanding of how SM works and there’s a simple answer, could anyone advise?

Following with interest. Not tried the sm, but every time i have a issue with a funds transfer or loan purchases, i log out and in again. sometimes clicking on kf logo "top left of screen" just don't do it.

I can list all my loans except the excluded ones (in funding, pending update, < 1 month to maturity). Points to a technical issue.
I use open source Firefox. None of those browsers from our friendly FAANG and Microsoft that mysteriously keep getting installed or set to the default browser or strangely work with large user base applications while others don't for long periods or never, nothing going on there!

Could it be that the unsellable ones are self-select ISA investments, as these are not SM eligible yet.

IT developers are currently working on improving SM page, so my problem is likely to be caused by this. They should finish in a couple of days, so I will try again next week.

If there is a possibility you might want to sell before the end of the loan term then remember to invest in sellable chunks. The marketplace has loans for sale as high as 25k and there is no way currently to purchase smaller pieces of those loans.
Call it a request for enhancement Kuflink.

Agreed, I am surprised by the 10K - 25k loans on sale. There are plans to make partial purchases of loans.

i am not surprised that lenders are trying to offload loans that only have a few months to run. one of these loans has been extended to enable the borrower to exit as planned.i would be surprised if any lender buys £10k/25k chunks on these offerings.thanks but no thanks.i would not think about putting £10 into some of the latest offerings.

Kuflink need to start showing the interest rate. I'm not clicking on 50 loans just to see the interest rate on offer.
The SM is problematic enough due to all loan offers being indivisible.

Just wondering why lenders are selling in such numbers at the moment? The SM has had more than 30 loans - some with a fair number of months to run - for a few days now. Housing market jitters?

Paying off debt perhaps. My tracker mortgage rose to 4.5% on the last increase and i could have paid it off previously but was happily getting way more from my money in p2p. Not anymore. Loans which recently came along on Plend for instance at 6.something and going on to 2025 are not really viable to keep for me especially when the loans coming through are at higher rates. Rates have to rise for new lending.... But it will put pressure on the secondary markets i guess.
