It clearly says 9.30am tomorrow morning. 😜 PS It doesn't say where they'll be published ... I'm sure they are up on time on the Lendy staff noticeboard.

The updates for loans I have tied up money in just don't "flow" from the last month. It is as if every month is start again with no explanation on why the previous update expected events did not happen.
I think Lendy just write a selection of updates and then throw them in the air and attach to the loan they land on!

Mine all seems to suggest there is some slow progress and on some there are offers of purchase or refinance pending. There is little further detail or evidence. This is pretty much what I would expect in a monthly update so no criticism of Lendy there. The problem is that I/we have to trust Lendy to manage these loans towards a satisfactory conclusion and that is the problem. Lendy are on a hiding to nothing now due to their past/current conduct and in particular their lack of adequate communication. Consequently it is so difficult to judge whether this is reasonable set of updates.

But we do have a different copy and paste covering most of the delinquent loans .. viz :
"The Recovery Team continues to work to deliver an outcome in line with the previous update, it is expected that there will be further updates in the coming weeks. "
This sort of ignores all previous promises of updates in the middle of Feb, and cunningly avoids giving any future date promise(s). This is kicking the can clear out of the stadium, never mind 'down the road a bit'.
Maybe they have the Brexit spin doctor press squad on the job now?

We're in the region of 30 defaults and over half a dozen legals, with very few live loans, so a satisfactory conclusion may not be on the cards. And Lendy continually kicking the toxic debt can down the road isn't the best way forward. Unless you're a borrower of course!
