According to some of my five year RS loans there are 48.
I was wondering why some monthly payments were a bit higher and looking at the actual loan document they were based on 4 year agreements. It's not a problem as it's still getting me the five year rates. One to look out for if you try to reconcile every loan.

The 5 year market has loans for both 4 and 5 years, the majority are 5 year. I guess the former could be seen to be an advantage to the lender as you get the higher rate for a shorter period.

Noticed this a little while back.
However, this week I had two loans start in the 5yr market that were both for 58 months.
Is the world ending in august 2019 or something?!
