I had a loan have its risk band removed for late payments, but for the last 2-3 months its been paying on time. Will this ever revert to its original risk band so I can sell?

As a rule they do, usually after 3 or 4 months, so soon for that one. Unless there is any other underlying reason, however if it keeps paying that's not the worst thing that could happen.

Is there a rule to when the risk band moves back to original one (time limit after successful payments?)? Or it is whenever the platform decides to change it?

69291 is one of mine, as company has gone bust, lenders are reliant on guarantor to pay, so personally I can't see it ever going sellable.
