Hi - Has anyone signed up using the refer a friend offer (the one with the £50 gift card)?
Do we automatically get an email at the end of the qualifying period or do we need to send FC an email in order for it to be processed?

If you want to keep your friend dont refer them to F/C.

I found the John Lewies voucher in my spam folder, dated 5th March along with an email dated 21st Feb apologising that the reward would be delayed.

You received the voucher ... but do you still get emails from your friend?
