I requested a refund from AC relating to investments made by the Auto invest system even though I had switched it off and requsted transfer of funds to the cash account. This relates to a period from mid 2017 to about Feb 2018. They responded in 2 working days and although the refund is small so was my investment. Not everything was refunded, but they explained why not.

It almost certainly will. They knew the auto invest was not working properly at that time and was reinvesting funds. I sold everthing i could and was just left with the bad loans which have dragged on fir too long.

I don't know - wasn't involved in any investigation / resolution. Have you spoken to the lender desk to ask? I can say that standard protocol is that if something is corrected for one lender then it should be corrected for all lenders.

I've gone back and looked at these buy entries, and they are there in Jan 18 along with hundreds of other purchases being made by the enthusiastic but should have been inactive autopurchaser. I don't object to most of them as the went to term, but others are in now suspended loans. How far does all this go back? I too shall send an email.

Might be able to give you some more details. Am surprised AC didn't check everyone's access and investment accounts if it turns out it has impacted more than one person. See how it goes.
