I've only recently opened an FC account, just a couple of months, so this may be something that's known but I haven't experienced.
Anyhoo, I've logged into my account and my portfolio is £10 light, nothing in the defaults etc, nothing in the transaction history, nothing to explain where this money has gone...........does anyone know anything about this?

Thanks in advance Nothing to worry about, it will return at some point. Worst case I had was over a weekend, If you are still concerned use the 'live chat' and they will reassure you. I have no idea why it happens, but in my mind it is the money hiding after seeing the loan it is being sent to, sheer terror can do that to money.

Live chat isn't alive anymore - maybe too much terror -- it has been renamed to "Let us know what you think"

Live chat isn't alive anymore - maybe too much terror -- it has been renamed to "Let us know what you think" So it has, that's a shame it was quite a useful facility. Maybe I should use the new facility to let them know that. Whilst they rarely give out good news, I have always found FC's support staff try their best.
