It's worth checking Zopa account even the account has been emptied. My partner's Zopa Classic was sold out a year ago, a bad debt repayment received last Feb 2019. Well done Zopa.

It's worth checking Zopa account even the account has been emptied. My partner's Zopa Classic was sold out a year ago, a bad debt repayment received last Feb 2019. Well done Zopa. I'm guessing you still had defaults though. Mine go back quite a way and I usually get a payment each month, pennies I know but at least someone is paying back. Also if Zopa decides to do more default sales to outside collectors then you would get something back too if your defaults met the criteria for sale at the time. Its about £10-12 a year returned except for this last tax year when it's over £100 across our 4 accounts. Mind you I think most of that is in the November 2018 default sale. Its interesting too that other than the default sale most of the rest will be in the invest side of the house, our ISA have just started producing recoveries in Feb2019, I think they are from loan as we both had the same 57p recovery although I have not as yet checked its on one loan only. I got records of it since zopa stated the monthly statements reports in Jan 2015.
