Hi,
I sent some money to Mintos (via their german bank) 6 weeks ago, but it has not be credited yet. I have checked with my bank, and payment was made, with the right details and investor reference.
Mintos support are asking me to prove that payment was made... Not very positive to be honest.
In term of withdrawals, when I go to the page, I only see random numbers in the bank account drop down list...I can't see a way to specify bank details to withdraw money onto.
Again, not a very positive feeling...
I haven't used Mintos for a long time, but it's not a great start.
Also, I am worried about the exchange rate fluctuation, as my deposits are made in GBP and then converted to EUR. All I need is the exchange rate to drop by 10% to wipe all my interests/investment gains (and it seems to be what's happening currently, in term of exchange rate trend)...

Hi i am having issues too. I also only see random numbers in the bank account drop down list...and I can't see how i specify bank details to withdraw money onto. i did a small withdrawal to test it last Thursday and the money has still not been credited today (Tuesday). I have sent three e-mails to Mintos to query this and i have not received any response. I also called the helpline at midday European time yesterday (Monday) and it said i was calling out of business hours and that the helpline was shut. I have a large investment in Mintos and this is very worrying. Any ideas? CM

as an update, i finally spoke to someone from Mintos. If you send in money from a UK bank account apparently the details don't automatically appear in the withdrawal page and so you have to manually update them on the phone with them.

Speaking from personal experience.
I made payment to Mintos German account via Revolut on the 27th Feb. Money deposited on the 28th.
I have also made successful withdrawal back to my UK account. Try email Mintos before making 1st withdrawal, documents are required before money to be sent.

I have been using N26 to make deposits and withdraws to all the platforms I have funds into. Never had a problem.

I've made some 30 transfers without problems. Mostly using Transferwise. They asked for confirmation that I owned the originating bank account once, because my surname was different. My Mintos registration only included the last name, because that's what they generally ask, while my bank account included the middle name as well.

Transfers done via Transferwise have been fine too. However, when I transferred money directly in EUR to their German bank account (from my Starling account) many weeks ago, money is gone missing and they surely don't seem to be in a hurry to credit it or refund it.
As my investor reference was included (investor number), it shouldn't be that hard to locate the transaction.
Support seems to take days/weeks to reply to any requests.

I have also made successful withdrawal back to my UK account. Try email Mintos before making 1st withdrawal, documents are required before money to be sent. Well, I will need to contact them anyway, as I can't technically do any withdrawals currently, given that the drop down list only contains random numbers. Given their very slow customer response, I think I am going to leave the platform completely, as I am not impressed. Also, if their support is so slow during normal trading and their systems so bad/poorly tested, it's only to wonder what would happen if they started getting into trouble...

Hey, martins. You are a good platform, don't kill yourselves with this Veriff 'loop of death' compliance nonsense. It's unusable - sort it.
