Yes correct. I believe it should say that the next report is due before 27th May 2019. Can’t wait for the next report showing further hundreds of thousands have disappeared in fees and zero progress has been made. How can this be allowed to continue. Yes I brought this up in my e mail to the FCA and got the standard we’re looking into it. I blame them for the expense of this. Yes collateral were dishonest but the fca should protect us or pay up if found wanting which they clearly are here. Inaccurate records.....

Update from BDO received today:
"As discussed at our last meeting, we received a significant number of responses to our letters to those investors who had the largest discrepancies between the summary data provided to us at the outset of the administrations, and the detailed analysis extracted from the recovered data. It appears fairly clear that the discrepancies arise as a result of those investors holding investments for sale on the secondary market (where our initial analysis shows such investments as ‘sold’ rather than ‘for sale’), and our IT team is attempting to refine the analysis to resolve this issue. We will provide a further update to the Committee (and the investors concerned) as soon as it is possible to do so."

Hello .does anyone have an idea when this Collateral uk fiasco will finally be settled.It's been a long wait .Thank You This and Lendy are due to finish simultaneously with JC being made prime minister and Brexit happening.

It seems to have taken months to get these responses from investors. Now that it is finally established that the discrepancies are due to ‘for sale’ items, it should NOT take more months for a semi-competent IT team to ‘refine the analysis’ (unless of course they have a vested interest to drag this out whilst there are still funds to be milked).

If JC becomes prime minister then the Col fiasco will probably become irrelevant. We will all be milked dry and have no funds to invest in anything ☹️
