I am not (thankfully) in Lendy.
However, looking at all the statements made by Liam are there not ground for starting legal proceedings against him personally, on the basis that your investment was influenced by his assurances of how good the company was in certain areas (when it is apparent that what he said was a load of tosh).

Apart from the fact I still don't have any money back on loans paying no interest now for a very long time, and in spite of the fact recoveries that have happened and are happening seem to be showing massive capital losses for lenders and huge profits for somebody, which I will assume are the "external partners" and possibly Lendy.
If I'm supposed to believe you are good at this and I should stop worrying about £160,000 of my money lendy, you need to explain why that is.

Whos the clown on the left. Taking it all very serious I believe that’s Paul, the spin doctor. He’s long since parted ways with LY, thankfully. His drivel and over exaggerated positivity when there’s nothing to be positive about was tiresome.
