Hello everyone, I'm pleased to announce that Orca has launched an IFISA, allowing investors to invest directly across multiple P2P platforms, all from the one IFISA. Our aim is to offer the most efficient access point to the peer to peer lending market. Delivering consistent returns, whilst reducing risk through due diligence, curation and diversification. The Orca platform offers two investment portfolios, Orca Pure (4.3%) and Orca Plus (5.3%). Both portfolios include exposure across Assetz Capital, Lending Works, LendingCrowd, Landbay and Octopus Choice. Investing starts from £100 and we've waived our fees, 0.65%, until April 2020 to make our offering more accessible. orcamoney.com/David Stevenson of MoneyWeek wrote an article recently which provides a summary of our offering including a comparison against Goji and BondMason moneyweek.com/503027/peer-to-peer-cutting-out-the-middleman-could-cost-you/Please let me know if you have any questions or comments. Iain P.s. This forum has been a great source of feedback and information to us so thanks for all your participation.

Congrats on the ISA, not for me as I'm already invested directly with those platforms (except LC which I won't touch again with a bargepole) so as and when I add them to my IFISA list I'll stick to direct, but I'm sure very useful for many who'd like an easier solution to multiple IFISAs But wow, that moneyweek article is awful. Conveniently ignoring that the main difference between yourselves and the others was that they provide access to loans not otherwise accessible to retail investors. Oh and Goji ceased to offer their bonds the week before the article was written... I could go on picking holes in it, but I won't.

Had a look at orca. But i would prefer to invest directly with the platform. Not a big fan of lending crowd. Would prefer if i could select p2p providers myself.
I would prefer:
1. Lending works 2. Welendus 3. Growth street 4. Ratesetter

None of these are property devel - is that because you prefer to pick your own in that realm, for example?
