Made a deposit in my landbay account via debit card but states 0 balance. But money has been taken from my bank account??

Landbay support just emailed me back staying it takes 2 working days to show up in my account. Thats a ridiculous systém. I mean its ok if it takes 2 working days to clear but it should at least state somewhere on the account that a deposit was made for xyz amount.

If deposits are made via debit card we do not receive for a few days - because of FCA client money rules we do not recognise them until we actually receive the money (a few other platforms have had FCA issues on this point). When we receive funds we confirm via email that they have been received.
I hope that explains it.

Did a test withdrawal yesterday afternoon of my interest payment of £30. Apparently this is still in the queue. Any idea about the average length of the queue these days?
