Any particular reason RoboCash is moving to Croatia? To avoid upcoming Latvian regulations on P2P?

Dear Investors,
As you know, Robo.cash has relocated its activities to Croatia. We would like to give you more details and provide answers to the most frequently asked questions.
Q: What is the reason for moving to Croatia? Is it due to upcoming Latvian regulations on P2P?
A: From a legal perspective, it is just a formal relocation of activities, which has not been affected by the Latvian regulation anyhow. Moreover, there is no upcoming regulation on P2P in Latvia currently in process, except for draft Law on Crowdfunding Services which is at a very early stage of legislation process and would not be applicable to operational model of P2P platforms as performed by robo.cash. It was made primarily from the perspective of more favourable conditions in Croatia that will allow us to accelerate activities and improvements on the platform.
Q: Is the regulation different in Croatia?
A: Similarly as in Latvia in Croatia there is no specific regulation of P2P platforms. Obligations Act of Croatia would be applicable to User Agreement.
Q: What will happen if I disagree with the Consent?
A: If you disagree with the Consent, we will no longer be able to provide services to you at Robo.cash, i.e. we will have to terminate your investments and withdraw funds to your bank account. To confirm this, you should submit a written notice to our support team.
Q: What will happen to my current loans/investments?
A: Those assignment agreements that were signed with the Latvian entity before the relocation will be performed in due course by the platform. Only all money transfers and the platform website will be maintained and operated by Robocash d.o.o.(Croatia).
Q: Is there a new bank account? Where can I find the new bank details?
A: Yes, we have another bank account now. The new bank details are provided under “Add funds” on the Summary page in the personal accounts.
Q: Will the limit for investments be increased from 10,000 EUR?
A: This option is under consideration currently. If the limit is increased, there will be changes in some procedures for investors on the platform. Therefore, we are in the process of finding an optimal solution.
Q: Will the Loyalty Programme be implemented?
A: We are working on it. The expected launch is planned for Q2 2019.
