Just to keep you in the loop on the issues we are having with the debit card payment gateway and also on the status of the platform update.
UPG are our third party payment gateway suppliers and there is an issue at their end that is being fixed at the moment, but for now we are unable to take debit card payments until they fix it. Bank transfers and the crediting of those to the account is no problem so, for now, that is the way to deposit. UPG have told us they are working on the issue now and will keep us in the loop as to when it will be fixed.
The updates for the platform are in the final stages of testing. The updates are:
1. The Secondary Market will be more visible directly from the front page. 2. The Secondary Market listings will give more information on auction length and other information. 3. Where you are selling units on the SM you will have a better interface that shows all your listed units on one screen, how many bids have been made on those units etc. 4. Your Active Bids section will show more information on the bids you have made and will be in a list format for ease of viewing, this section is split into your primary market bids and your secondary market bids. 5. The Current Investments section will be easier to read and is now in list format and will give you much more information. This section is tabulated so that you have a tab showing your active investments and another tab showing those investments which you are selling on the SM.
We are aiming to give you a simpler interface while giving you better information on your bids and investments. We should have this all up and running and on the live server by the end of this week, and we believe that the payment gateway issue will also be resolved.

Having just tried to use the Debit Card transfer facility and discovered it is out-of-order, I attempted to call ablrate and then came here and found out why I was repeatedly receiving a payment error. It would be useful to have the option removed for now, or at least a notification displayed on the Deposit page as a temporary measure. Not everyone uses this site! Hi MONEY We considered that but we keep getting 'it will be fixed in the next couple of hours' from UPG so it is tough to say which is the best way to deal with it. What we have done is this; we have started the process to change our providers from UPG. If they cannot fix this soon we will just switch to someone else... it is almost unbelievable that a company that has process 32 billion in payments has not fixed an issue within a week... so we are looking to have several other options if there are redundancy issue like this. If it not fixed in the morning we will issue a warning on the payment options as you suggest. Regards Ablrate

Hi All Forgive us for the delay on launching the new UI for the Secondary Market. We had a few changes we wanted to do to the account section, so have done those also. We are hopeful that it will be all uploaded this week. No worries.
Quick update while I am here. The SM update and the Accounts update is ongoing. We are testing many of the features now and it looks a lot cleaner with more info and a lot easier to view current investments, bids, active SM units etc. Hopefully you will see it soon.
A UPG director called us today, so hopefully they can get the payment gateway sorted now!

All will become much clearer when we upload the new UI for the Secondary Market. We are testing right now, so it should be done very soon... sorry for the delay! Regards Ablrate
