I see a warning of ‘site maintenance’ on Tuesday in the latest weekly email from Zopa. I missed that lurking right at the end so thx for the heads up, all I have to do now is try and remember it ... Edit: Oops I thought i'd log in now and check my overnights to see if there was any funds swept into holding and blow me!. Not sure that anyone is actually manning the system on a weekend ....

Just a thought, especially as at the moment it takes some 10 mins or so to get this message when trying to see if its fixed yet. This is planned mtce, did anyone get notification of said "Planned maintenance" Didn;t spot anything in my weekly email a day or so ago.
I've moaned and moaned about said planned maintenance many times in the past why do they persist in wasting my time by not have the courtesy to let anyone know.
They say above its frustrating, what's really frustrating is that they do this stuff in what I'd call key time of the day. I wonder if they will be as cavalier with the updates/maintenance when the Zopa Bank is up and running. I get regular notifications of planned outages with most of my banks. Most banks do this stuff after midnight on a weekend.
Zopa.com is up but no message on the front end that the backend is down. The laughable thing is it takes nearly a minute to get a please wait with a circle that does not spin and eventually after a looooooooong time puts up the message above. Why can;t that message be instant?. I guess more bad flow design ....

Are other users on Zopa experiencing a technical problem at the moment? The reason that I ask, is that I am getting this error message; "Sorry, there is currently a technical problem which may result in some of your products or data not showing correctly."It has been the same error message each time, the last 2/3 days, when I log in...  |

Have you tried sending them an email or ringing them, its working ok for me and it doesn't seem to have any trouble with yet more defaults!.
