Lendy takes legal action against valuers and solicitors

The challenging economic environment is much more recent than the dud loans that were palmed off on investors  a year and more back.  Lendy continue to attempt to keep the balls in the air whilst continuing to gnaw at the entrails of companies in Administration.  My mental picture is of a shoal of tiger sharks gorging on a whale carcase.

Which, I can't lie, is my mental picture conjured by the majority of the posts in this forum.

FAOD, I do not necessarily present that as an adverse criticism.

It was mentioned in a recent Ly update email, I thought. It seemed lightly confirming that Ly are seeking this action where appropriate. I think it was same update where they said would increase lender portals with confidential info (that can't be shared as may compromise proceedings)
