Assuming this is about 531, I got the e-mail at 14:47 and the survey was there - but I spotted an error I notified AC about - there was no explanatory text regarding what the choices were between option A and option B
I imagine they pulled it so they can indicate what we are voting for.

Yes, the survey has been pulled, as there were no descriptions as to what "Option A" and "Option B" were.
AC have confirmed to me that they will re-issue a corrected survey shortly (probably tomorrow now), and will email everyone accordingly.

New survey monkey email has been sent out with information in what the vote A or B refer too.
