Just spotted another loan that was filled by just 4 people on 29th Nov, is there an unofficial platinum club that's been created?

Just spotted another loan that was filled by just 4 people on 29th Nov, is there an unofficial platinum club that's been created? Looks like it. Might be the same investors who are supplying some of the underwriting. Actually, it wasn't really even four people. The Loan Information for it says "This loan was funded by a single lender and as a result is only appearing on the website after the event." It goes on to say "Further, the lender is not seeking to sell down their funding on the aftermarket, so loan units will not be available to purchase." So they didn't bother to make the Credit Report available.

They must have been in a hurry. I wonder if drawdown of that one will be before the seven I have waiting with committed funds (going back as far as 25 October). That one earmarked for drawdown late November hasn't happened yet.

It's been showing on the site for a few days. There was an email saying to start with some bridging loans may not be available to all users, but in future they would all be available. This one is not yet showing as drawndown, so it seems like there would have been time to fund it from normal users.

Correct. This was the first loan with the new introducer and we were keen to get the loan delivered quickly to open the door to them. Whilst this may disappoint some lenders, it was done out of necessity to ensure ongoing supply of good loans.
