ablrate, this loan is due to end on the 5th May 2019. Do you known if it is likely to repay on that date, please, or to be extended instead?

Also an Addendum on the loan's Documents page. Extended to 5th Dec 2019 to allow for large-scale refinancing of all £3.8m of Ablrate loans (hoped for by late August)

There's a clue in the designation 'interest-only'.

ablrate Following the conversion of this loan to amortising repayment there appears to be a payment holiday in my payment schedule for 5/5/20. Is this real or an error? LW

LW There shouldn't be, will take a look, thanks. Update: When the new cashflows were being inputted there was an error. For obvious reasons we do not allow the deletion of cashflows. It was therefore inputted again, so you will note there is one zero on that date and another one on the same day for the correct amount. We are fixing this functionality on the new platform to have it not shown.
