Is this Kuflink's first default? It certainly is mine on this platform.
How this is communicated and dealt with will be all important for the platform.
For info I am yet to receive my email notification.

This loan is now in default as we have been unable to secure repayment from the borrowers. We have already begun proceedings to take control of this security, should the borrower not repay in full before that point. An email has been sent to affected investors.

I did get the e mail with the information.
Rapid notification and action being taken. Thank you Kuflink for keeping me informed.
This compares very well against the shocking inability of Lendy to tell investors the truth about so many of their highly suspect loans.

At least kuflink have been quick to take control and auction the property.I live near to the area and I'm sure this will sell for over £300.000 . My guess £360.000 even though it looks like it has be cramped in between 2 other properties

Very surprised about that,Can they not put a reserve on it so if it fails to achieve that then market it through an agent

gu47, 3 bed exactly, 350k exactly produces the results required.
very light on information with no internal photos and very limited viewing opportunities though open to all.
