Now that most banks have moved to the faster cheque clearance system, is there any indication from Assetz Capital as to when they will be moved onto it from the current 5 working days? I did try asking their CS team but they said that they had no information.

A bit confused - in what context to Assetz Capital use cheques? When they are clearing an ISA 'transfer in' cheque. Maybe they issue them if you transfer out, but I wouldn't know about that one.
