Most extremely wealthy people had several businesses fail before they got the hang of it. TRUMP /trump or fake it till you make it?

updates are now out - all dated 3rd May and all unhelpfully just labeled platform update rather than including the loan number so you have to click on each one to see which loan it refers to.

Most seem to be the cut and paste all with the same typo.

So, same old, same old and why these "updates" could not be posted as-and-when they occur is anyone’s guess. Lendy expect the lender to be “satisfied” with this? No wonder their TP rating continues to accumulate 1 stars.

It does seem astonishing. There has been little tangible progress for so long on some of these loans.
It seems that the real purpose of the updates is to promise sufficient 'jam tomorrow' to prevent the FCA pulling the plug. While they are supposedly dealing with offers and refinance it might be seen as obstructive to interfere.
The thing is, these things are being cited so commonly now I have lost faith as to whether they are true or not.

If you see anything written inside a Private Portal section it's because you are invested in that loan and you should keep it to yourself - for your sake of your own interests as well as everyone else's.

The private portals for all the loans I'm in say exactly the same thing...... nothing. (apart from the placeholder text)

I am really looking forward to seeing the juicy material in these private portals. Sarcasm aside, Monetus is spot on, do not divulge anything from the private portals, as Lendy will be the first to use that as an excuse as to why they failed in recouping [all?] our capital.

Now with added loan identifiers for comprehension.

The policy advocated stifles any concern about the non-progress of problem loans and leaves potential new lenders vulnerable to not realising the scale of the problems that a particular platform is or has experienced. It leaves the independent forum looking like a tool of management in picturing p to p platforms as beds of roses in which money can be invested knowing that only money trees will bloom. I would rather leave the evasion of home truths to the platforms themselves. Let them tell investors to keep things to themselves and then for investors to make a judgement.

Having skimmed through all of the updates and all the private portals, the one I found most interesting was PBL056.
At this time I do not wish to state anything more than that it was "the most interesting of the updates I read today".

I agree that the policy has possibly been designed to cover up the existing troubles, and Lendy are possibly using this policy to attempt to cover themselves. However, with the latest thread that has been opened : p2pindependentforum.com/thread/13628/lendy-action-group-thoughts that alone is a clear indication that there is mounting discontent within the lender base of Lendy to any new lenders that arrive to these forums. Lenders should be aware, that Lendy might decide to come after one or two lender(s) as an example for breach of trust or liable as an example to all else. As a general rule, Lendy have more legal firepower and cash than the majority of lenders on their platform.

I definitely won’t be disseminating that information! Worthy of Private Portal inclusion.
